1. Email into Helpdesk - [email protected]
  2. Include: Member(s) name, email address, school name, reason for refund and payment date. 
    • Payment date can be found-- Login to TOTEM --> click on members on the left --> search for the member in the search bar --> click on the members profile --> under payments --> date
  3. TOTEM is unable to process partial refunds
  4. Please inquire to TOTEM about the status of the refund
