As a PTA leader, you are able to enter in manual members into TOTEM. At times, PTA leaders will enter in the membership dues amount + donation amount combined. Donation amount will need to be entered in the notes field. If you need the membership dues amount to be updated, please email TOTEM ( [email protected]). In the email please include:
- Members name
- Members email
- Unit name
- Old amount entered
- New amount that needed to be entered
