There are several reasons why an email won't send in the message center:


  1. When attempting to send an email and the PTA leader has clicked on send and the # people in the target audience does not match to the # of recipients. This will occur when the email the PTA leader has sent out is on a day that the message center is busy and other units are also sending out emails as the same time. Please wait a few hours and your email will send to all the # of people in your target audience
  2. If you are a PTA leader and attempting to send an email through the message center and you get an error, this means that in order to send that email you do not have enough Tokens. Please look at the target audience #, then look at the # of Tokens your message center currently has. 



          The # of recipients is 396 and the # of Tokens this unit has is 2,335. If the # of Tokens falls below the # of recipients, Tokens will need to be purchased.
